As sellers, she coached us from the beginning on staging, correct pricing, and timing which were key for us going to contract within 36 days of listing. Her marketing strategy yielded many showings, but the team made it the least intrusive on our lives. We were overseas when the house went under contract for much of the contract period, but Barbara's assistant Kirstin Szot oversaw the inspection and resolutions on the ground there while keeping us well informed. This enabled us to make timely decisions, thereby facilitating the sale on time. What can be said besides amazing. Barbara and her team were incredible and should be considered expert resources for purchase in the Vail Valley. We bought a wonderful condo in Arrowhead and could not have done it without Barbara and her team. Not only did they manage the transaction flawlessly from offer to closing, but Barbara was even able to help us find a "perfect" tenant right out of the gate, so we could get it ready for short-term rentals and ease the transition.
