About Kirstin Szot

Kirstin Szot has a diverse background in event planning, customer service, and real estate. Throughout her college years, Kirstin worked in the hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience that eventually led her to the Vail Valley in 2008. She joined the Club at Cordillera as an event planner and quickly rose through the ranks, to Director of Activities by 2011. She then transitioned her career to customer service at Vail Summit Orthopedics, where she excelled in patient relationships, providing exceptional service which further honed her skills in managing client relationships. In 2019, Kirstin took on a new challenge and joined a local real estate company, where she provided invaluable broker support to an office consisting of over 25 brokers.

 

In 2022, Kirstin was introduced and recommended by a friend to Barbara. Inspired by the opportunity, she made the decision to join Barbara's team, further expanding her horizons in the real estate industry.

 

With a passion for outdoor activities, Kirstin finds immense joy in the lifestyle offered by the Vail Valley. She has been skiing since the age of two, making the mountains her happy place. In the summer, she embraces the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the Valley while hiking and mountain biking. She cherishes quality time with her family and friends, creating unforgettable memories in such a beautiful place.
