About Alex Griffin

As a Colorado native, Alex Griffin was raised as a skier and frequented the Vail Valley to follow his passions for the mountain lifestyle. After earning a Real Estate degree from Colorado State University in 2009, Alex moved to straight to his paradise, Vail. In 2012, Alex had a fast start in the business when he joined the dynamic new development sales team at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail. With thirteen years of real estate experience and direct involvement in over $300 million in sales, Alex’s clients and peers appreciate his deep knowledge of the local market, longstanding relationships, and penchant for data analysis. He has served as President of the Vail Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in 2020, President of the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) in 2022, Director for the VBR Foundation in 2024, and currently sits on the VBR. From 2021-2024, Alex oversaw the four LIV Sotheby’s International Realty offices in the Vail Valley as Vice President and Managing Broker, with over $2 billion and 800 transactions by the 40 agents under his guidance. Armed with the insights from this leadership experience, Alex is happy to return to selling luxury real estate. Alex is thrilled to pursue his passions of real estate and outdoor adventure while helping his clients find their unique lifestyle in the the Vail Valley. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and is proud to support the Valley Mountain Trails Alliance, The Cycle Effect, The Vail Valley Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and more. He and his wife Suzanne and their two children live in Singletree in Edwards.
